"The staff at McSttatts' Printing could not have pleased me more today. I contacted Kathy at 2:15 this afternoon to inquire about producing an ad for the neighborhood newsletter. Problem being the deadline for the next issue was March 1st, 2 days ago. There was an outside chance I could still get in the next issue if I had my ad to them today. In less than an hour Kathy emailed me a camera ready ad in two formats. I simply forwarded the email and was able to get the ad placed.

Kathy's creative ability as well as her advice made the production process simple. Her foresight to email the ad in two formats guaranteed that the printer would be able to open one of them, thus eliminating any chance of delay. The ad will be the debut of the new company logo, another McStatts' creation.
